How refunds are processed
- Online payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Date changes are always free (subject to availability).
- For bookings paid partly by advance, the balance is simply cancelled — no recovery.
Force majeure
If a trip is cancelled due to government restrictions, natural events or airline cancellations, you receive a full credit note valid for 12 months, usable on any package.
