Wonder My Trip Holiday – Cancellation Policy
At Wander My Trip Holiday, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while covering the costs involved in planning your trip.
Cancellation Timeline & Refund
30 days or more before the travel date:
✅ Full refund (100%) of the package cost, excluding service/transaction charges.
15 to 29 days before the travel date:
💰 50% of the package cost will be refunded.
7 to 14 days before the travel date:
💰 25% of the package cost will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before departure:
❌ No refund will be provided.
No Show / Early Departure
If a traveler fails to join the tour or leaves before completion, no refund will be applicable.
Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of natural calamities, lockdowns, weather disruptions, or government restrictions, rescheduling or partial refunds will be provided as per hotel and transport partner policies.
Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Service Guarantee Clause
“The company ensures that all services mentioned in the package will be delivered as promised. In case of any discrepancy, appropriate support or compensation will be provided as per company policy.”
